Hope this is the correct place to post this..
But I have never done it.. even though I had my game last year(school kept me busy)
any ways how much of each item should I get? and how to get mushrooms to grow ( I have a few but couple short of what I need) I do use IGN for a guide for it.. But an other help would be great

You need one of each ingredient he tells you to get plus one secret ingredient which you can look up what that is on several guides online. To get mushrooms/special secret ingredients, you need to talk to the villagers inside their homes and catch whatever fish they tell you to and give it to them. n.n

Thanks just hope I can get these last few fish, scallop and 2 mushrooms I need....

When you do that, do they place the fish in their homes like they would in a regular day?
