We are The Prodigy.
Like real life, every places has got to have their own logo to represent.
I have since rebranded my own logo for my island, and safe to say that I think I did the logo justice. The logo is a combination between the playful, jovial nature of Animal Crossing and the harsh, aggressive, and yet badass look of the English electronic band, The Prodigy.
Here's that new logo I made:
The logo obviously has lots of inspirations.
- The 'Howlett' wordmark is written in FinkHeavy, the font used in NA and EU versions of Animal Crossing. To hammer home the reference, I took the clockface from the logo and placed it onto the 'o' in 'Howlett'.
- The 'ISLAND' wordmark is written in a font called 'The Day is My Enemy' a font entirely recreated from The Prodigy's 'The Day is My Enemy' album.
The pink was taken from the 2004 album art Always Outnumbered, Never Outgunned. In fact, my island flag was colored with the album art's palette colors. And the main logo was wearher, drawing inspiration from the 2001-2005 Prodigy logo.
