Isabelle claimed that Riverbrook had its first snow when I logged in dec 1st but there was no snow. Yesterday there was a light snow but nothing on the ground yet.

In my island it has been snowing on and off since the day maple’s leaves stopped floating around

This is gonna sound really silly but I literally skip winter. But hear me out: I live in a place where seasons are a vague reference and don't really exist. most of the trees stay green year round, so winter and autumn is also not something that we see in my city. I've tried playing in the winter with acnl and I just thought everything looked so ugly, I can bear some of the autumn but usually by thanksgiving I give up. I either stop playing completely through autumn or winter, or time travel. I just restarted my island 2 weeks ago and I set the season to spring lmao I just don't like everything covered in snow, it is not my aesthetic.

For the moment and that i have seen it has only snowed once, however, the grass is paler and crispier so i guess soon it will be white, i hope very very soon to be honest, i need to replace tons of trees for dead trees ( once i learn the DIY ) and i have already place some christmas deco ( cause im impatient ) which would look better with snow

Here's an update on Calypso in regards to snow and such!

It snowed almost all day on Friday! It was the first day since the first snowfall on Nov. 27th that it snowed a decent amount. And it put me in the mood to start my decorating for the holidays, so I changed out the flowers around Nook's Cranny and Able's Sisters, and I put the Illuminated stuff out by my house along with a large festive tree right next to it, and then I put the festive sleigh and a large pile of gifts out front of Resident Services, along with a smaller festive tree and some celebration candles on top of a barrel.

Now I'm getting really excited for more snow and all of the festive stuff coming up! Oh and now it's snowing outside where I live too!!! Gosh this is just so great!

I saw my first snow the morning after thanksgiving. It snowed one more time after that and I decided to TT back to summer.
