I pre-loaded the game from the eShop last night. This is one of those games there is a 0% chance of me not playing if I?m alive (lol). And I buy all my games digital on the Switch, but especially games like Animal Crossing that I will totally want to take everywhere no matter what for years to come.

Hopefully I can play it midnight when it comes out. I have the following week off, but I don?t have that Friday off.

I have pre-ordered 2 AC switch and 2 protector and 1 game. And I usually only buy physical games
I prefer to pre-order so feel safe, at least won't be running around and looking for the thing I need, also caused by my busy work, so don't have too much time to run around

I've decided not to pre-order. I can't calculate the high demand for this game. While Best Buy/UPS hasn't let me down on dropping my games on release date I rather drop by Target early morning to buy a copy.

nope! i won't have money until march- plus i'm getting my switch in march as well. (the special edition ac one.) good thing everything releases in march lmao

as others have said, stores should be stocked with tons of physical copies. that said, it won't be an issue for me. the only thing i'm really missing out on are the pre-order bonuses

Never pre-ordered a console or handheld but I did forsure this time.

Yep, I preordered the game a few months ago at Gamestop, so I'll be able to pick it up on the Friday it comes out.

Yes, I pre-ordered the Animal Crossing, New Horizons game from Amazon, last June 14th. Amazon has scheduled it for delivery on release date, March 20th.

I don't think there is a pre-order bonus from Amazon in the US? But I have not really wanted any of the pre-order bonuses that I have seen, so I don't care.

Don't need the (admittedly gorgeous!) ACNH Switch, so I did not try to pre-order that. And as for the game, I thought about it and decided I prefer a cartridge copy.

I haven't pre-ordered yet. I'm waiting to see if any Canadian store releases a pre-order bonus. Otherwise I'll probably just go to my local gameshop on the morning of March 20th.

Nintendos pre-order of the game had some nice pins :O
I like pins but imma just wait on the game itself on release.

I don't usually pre-order games, since I can just easily go pick them up on release day. But this time I pre-ordered at Target because I want the journal that comes with it. I also pre-ordered the AC Switch and case from Target.

I have release day all planned out, lol. I even requested the day off work because I have plenty of vacation hours saved up. I had to pre-order online, but I don't want to waste my day off waiting for the mail to come. I'm heading to Target at 8am to buy the game, and then I'll just return the one that comes in the mail later.
