Having a friend over with celeste on the island

Hi I have a question,

If Celeste is on the island and you invite a friend over, what happens?

Does the friend get star fragments on his island? can he get DIY recipes? Can he make wishes?

The friend can get diy recipes as well and will also have some fragments wash up the next day c:

Yep! I just had this very experience. Your friend can talk to Celeste to get a DIY recipe. They can wish on stars, and then the next morning they will find star fragments on their own island.
