Hiya! I feel the same as you about that! You won't have Gracie Grace yet, but I do so I could get you a clothing/furniture item (they are rare and you can't order them on the catalogue). They are CRAZY expensive, but from turnip trading I have almost 1,500,000 in my banks so it would not bother me too much about prices. Sorry if you think I'm coming on strong but it's just that none of my friends own a 3DS. WARNING: It might not work because we live in different countries and my internet is terrible.
