Can someone explain the buy sell system here it makes no sense at all to me sorry.

There are two types of currencies on this forum, which are tbt (the amount of bells you get on the site) and ignb (money in the actual acnl game). Well, bells are what you use to purchase items.
Bells can be given to you by another user (buy/sell system or gifts) or obtained by posting in certain boards (like Brewster's Cafe) and contributing to the discussion. Bells are determined on post length.
You can use these bells in the TBT shop to buy collectables (The st uff under my bells), the ability to lengthen your avatar, add more pictures into your signature, have an animated avatar, change your user title, and many other things. They can also be used to buy things from other members, looping back around to the start.
Sorry, I couldn't go in further detail, but good luck! If you can draw well, get to the Museum and chug those bells, oh my god.
