Help a fellow artist out? why does this look so weirddd

I've been working on this chibi for the past... idek..
And something's just off IMO, but I can't really out my finger on it.
Help?

Hmm... I suggest editing the pose, then determine a facial expression. I always do this, and it really helps capture the feel of what emotion you are going for
ie: //draws body //has a hand on hip and kinda slouching //disgusted/sarcastic expression

I think you may have put a little too much detail into the eyes. I feel like the tears are overlapping her eyes, even if they're not supposed to be tears. Other than that, it's possible the width of the hair. The hair really comes out the sides, and it would probably look a little better if it was closer to her body. That's all I can think of, really.

I agree with Bowie that the hair is too far away from the body.
Other than that, I think that the shoulders are a bit too manly. Make them maybe a bit more loose or curvy, girlish? Idk.
But it really looks good! I love the face c:

Her hair is rly big/wide compared to her body. It's super floofy while her body is just basically a small rectangle. Even the tail curls inwards. Also her neck is pretty small too. I love the hair though <4

it looks like youre going for the float-y sort of effect with the hair thats cool

i think the issue is the body. it has hardly any shape to it so it looks boyish
try wider hips and boobs maybe

I think the problem with the body is that all her limbs are just straight. If you make her walk or hold something she'll look great!

and for those talking about her head- it IS a chibi, but I guess I over exaggerated it.

I think you should just keep the hair how it is. If you make the body a bit bigger it'll seem more balanced
