'Hiring' and Line-Artist || ARTIST WAS CHOSEN

So as lots know my lineart is kinda s***. I have a really crappy version of Sai and my computer won't download that really nice free one that some have, so I've been struggling to find another free art program that would help with my bad lining... No luck. So was wondering if anyone would mind being my Line-Artist?
I'd credit you for the lineart, of course, and you'd get a % of the pay too.
Not sure how much is fair, but I'm sure we could come up with something.
I'd sketch it out as best I could so you know what all the lines are and such, and keep the refs up for you in case something I sketched isn't clear. Then send it back to me and I'll color and shade it ^^
Preferably looking for someone who also has Sai, since that'd prolly be the easiest way to transfer the files and such.

But yeah! If you're interested you can submit your version of this piece below in your lineart style and I'll pick someone tomorrow morning sometime :3

I don't really like Gimp for drawing. I mostly use it for photoshopping or color alterations.

You can do line art on there. It just takes a while and a little practice. (I do my line art on gimp, so this coming from someone who uses it )

I'm not sure how I'd transfer the files though. I'm not too comfortable coloring on gimp, so idk how I'd sketch on Sai, line of Gimp, then go back to Sai and still have the layers so my coloring doesn't overlap the lines.
If there's a way to successfully do that, lemme know xD

Actually, if you do your art on paper, then take a pic of it then put it on gimp, then you can do the lineart. I can walk you through more steps via PM so we aren't flooding the thread.

Oh ok, I usually do my traditional and digital separate, but been meaning to try out that process.
Sure, though I'm not working on anything at the moment, so mind if I PM you tomorrow for the steps? :3 Currently working on some RLCs (clay work)

ah this would be fun to try out ^^ I think a cool idea would be to provide us with a sketch and anyone who's interested can try lining it. That way you can see more clearly what sort of style you're looking for cuz it would all be the same picture c:

Hey guys! I have a couple questions I wanted to check with you!
If picked would you guys be able to add me on Skype to be able to send the files easier (to keep the layers) I don't randomly call ppl, and won't annoy you or use it as a quick way to talk to you if it's unrelated with the art. (or if you know another way we can easily transfer the files, lemme know!)
Also, would you be ok if I asked for minor details to be improved. Stuff like hair creases or more flowy eyelashes, as I suck with those the most I think xD Also possibly clothes folds and I'm not to great at that either. Not too much editing, just if any of those 3 things in my sketch seems off, feel free to fix it up a lil bit, and if I see anything else I'll of course run it by you ^^
