What's something in a non-horror game that creeped you out or scared you? (Wether or not it was intentionally scary or unintentionally scary.)

In the Finding Nemo for GBA video game, there is a brown fish with a long tongue in the last level that will eat you and cause you to need to restart the level. It caught me by surprise, ate me, and I was so terrified I shut my Gameboy off. I haven't touched the game in years, but even seeing the creature in question still makes my heart race a bit.

A young me was playing Paper Mario the Thousand Year Door on the Gamecube, having no idea how to progress past a certain point in the train chapter...
Past midnight irl, I stand around in the empty train car for no reason other than to quietly ponder what I could possibly be missing, hid Mario in the shadows without actually thinking it would do anything, only to be jumpscared by the ghost. ☠️
