quick check of your inventory shows that you still have the one from last year. since the raffle snowflake is a unique item you can only have one at any given time.

nope! Jeremy clarified it here:

Just make sure you redeem this year's token (currency) from the calendar and have at least one of the tickets (collectible) in your inventory (it doesn't matter which one). You can either discard and purchase a new one, or just leave it- either way.

if you have redeemed the token and have the raffle ticket from last year then you're fine :>

Sorry I'm still a bit confused and I think I messed up now. I had last year's raffle ticket in my inventory but couldn't redeem the token/code, it said it was invalid. So I discarded my raffle ticket but I still get an error when redeeming today's calender. What am I supposed to do?

• Click or tap on the door with a character's face for each day to receive a free prize on us for the holidays! Of course, you can't open a door before the day comes.
• Each door and associated prize will only be available until the next one opens for approximately 24 hours each but varying slightly by a couple hours potentially, depending on my schedule.

The codes have been getting automatically disabled after midnight PST each day, even if I haven't gotten the next day's up yet, so it was already disabled when you tried to redeem. I will try and get you included in the raffle regardless when we run it.

you don't have to redeem it (notice I still have the token in my sidebar and the ticket in my inventory). at this point i might say make a Contact The Staff thread and ask them.
