How can I make Vouchers?

Okay saw I saw that when you transfer bells, you either transfer or redeem ..and when you redeem, it says put voucher code or something..

What is it? and is it something you give away to someone when you want to give them money but don't want to transfer yet...they can pull the money off your TBT?

Every once in a while staff might release a code either for bells or other site currency in a direct, on twitter, etc

Usually they use links that do the same thing instead

The vouchers are basically what they used to give codes and such. Like on the advent calendar, Justin makes codes and such.
