How did you come up with your City Folk name?

so how did you come up with the name of your town, username, and character for City Folk/TBT? in all of the animal crossing games i've played, i've always had Nita + Coketown.

well, to start off with nita, it's my real name. i was named after my grandmother, whose name is juanita. apparently nita means bear in cherokee. my great grandmother was full blooded cherokee.

when i was born, my sister was 20 and my brother 17, so i was quite literally the baby of the family. my brother was at that time, and has been ever since, obsessed with metallica. one day as he was walking home, he began to sing along to sanitarium:

while he was singing, he gradually changed the word "sanitarium" into something that he thought reminded him of me - nedritarian. since then, he's replaced "sanitarium" with "nedritarian" every time he sings that song, and it's gotten shortened to nedrian, then ned.

along with animal crossing, i also play FFXI (a MMORPG), and a player on there made my signature for me for our linkshell (group of players) site http://thetubbies.com/. since i don't have any other signatures worthy of topping that one, i just used nedrian as my name on here also.

coketown simply because i'm absolutely obsessed with coke - the coca cola kind, to avoid the drug jokes, lol. seriously... i could live off the stuff.

when i used to like Yu-gi-oh (lmao dumb i know) there was an awsome card i always loved called "Horus The Black Flame Dragon lvl 8" i got it for christmas and i've always loved it and still have it lol. but yeah thats how i got Horus, A Box was just supposed to be a funny name for a town because i can never think of better one. on ww its name was "Shadows" which is stupid

I came up with Lexi because it's my real name.
My town name, Twinleaf, came from the Pokemon Diamond and Pearl games. It's the town you all start off in.
As for my TBT username, it came from my dog. We call her Piranha because she likes to bite a lot

AC:CF Name: Gerardo - My name in real life. I love inserting my own personal info in games. Don't question me about it.

Town Name: Roanoke - It's all history related. It was one of the first British settlements next to Jamestown but it has a mysterious past since most settlers dissapeared when the town founder left to resupply the colony and returned with no trace of the settlement ever being there. Don't think too hard about it.

TopHatGeorge - Most people call me George, and the Top Hat thing is sorta hard to explain.

uups srry i named it FurVille cuz since its an animal village full with fur itll fit perfectly for the village so yup thats my name =D

Well, my first town was Cambria (Coheed & Cambria = my favorite band)

Now its Suburb. Simple, but unique.

Leelu is both my TBT username and my AC character name. I figured it was easier just to keep them the same when I signed up for the account here.

I picked Leelu for WW because I liked the name from the movie Fifth Element. Then I imported my WW character for CF.

My CF town is called Caketown because of the fake pg-13 trailer for the movie 300. It's on youtube and it's pretty funny. It replaces all the weapons with flowers and cake and stuff. I just happened to rewatch it a few days before starting CF and when I was prompted to pick a town name, Caketown popped into my head. (Instead of "THIS. IS. SPARTA!" just replace it with "THIS. IS. CAKETOWN!!")

The reason for my town name is because I like Pikmin, and the reason for my in-game name is because that is my real name. My TBT name originated when a friend one day called me B-dubs because my first name starts with a B and my last name starts with a W. You can't say "W" without saying "dub". Get it? 25 is my favorite number, and 94 was my birth year. Bdubs2594.
