How do I change my user title colour?

I've already changed it once but I'm not sure how to change it again and I've completely forgotten how exactly I did it last time. oh woe is me, help poor Deli.

Can you only use it once? Or is there just something I'm missing?

You need to buy a new one for each color, unfortunately.

You have to go to the shop and under your inventory and click on configure for your user title color change. Then you just copy and paste the HTML color code you want there. Be sure to include the #.
