How do I change the order of my collectibles?

When I make my collectibles inactive, then add them back in the order I want them, they end up in the exact same order they were before. How do other people get them in the order they want, like all stars at the top and characters on the bottom?

Unfortunately the order is set by the date they were purchased/awarded. There's no way to change the order of your existing collection.

People change the order by date trading to make a specific line up. They swap their collectibles with others so that they have the date that will put the collectibles in the order they want.
