how do i make differet sized spoilers?

i know how to make a spoiler, but how do they do the spoilers that are m?dium or small that have no title (like it doesnt say anything) and ar rounder???

For spoilers that have no title, put a space where you would normally put the title.

[spoiler=" "]Jellyfish.[/spoiler]

Spoiler:

Jellyfish.

By rounder, I'm assuming you mean shorter? Those are done using a table.
