How do I report a user/bot?

I'm so weirded out right now, because some weird user/bot/idek commented on my profile about some escort thing..

It's weird because that's the only activity they have. Did they just make an account to post on my profile? wth xD
What makes it worse is I accidently clicked the link and let me just say I'm scarred for life.

Do I just message a mod or something?

First check the box at the top right corner of the post, then scroll down and go "Moderation Tools > Delete Messages > Proceed" to stop anyone else clicking the link.
The once that's done, find the message again (it should say something like "This message has been deleted" (mods will still be able to see the post tho) and then click report (which should just be to the left of the box you clicked to delete it)
