How do people make a 'Spoiler' tab?

I always see people make a "spoiler" button in their post, which when you click it, it reveals a list or what-not.
How do people do that?!

[ spoiler ] and [ / spoiler] around what you want to say, just without the spaces.

And if you want the spoiler to have a title, [ spoiler = inserttitlehere ] [ / spoiler ]

You can also do it through the menu above where you are typing. To the right of the Smiley Face, there is a ... icon. You can click on that and pick spoiler to make the system generate a Spoiler around whatever you have highlighted.

You can also click the three dots in the toolbar and select Spoiler - if you don't want to remember the tag.
