How do you feel about winter?

I love winter! The only season I don’t like is summer, I can’t tolerate heat. But I like living in a place that gets all four seasons. And I feel the most at home in winter. Lots of comfy clothes and blankets plus snow falling outside makes me want to hibernate. That being said when it snows here in May I’m not thrilled.

Winter is my third least favorite season but I'm hoping we get some snow!! It doesn't snow much here so when we get it I get really excited and play in it for hours. Otherwise, I'm really going to miss the full looking trees and the flowers. ;; v ;;

Winter is one of my FAAAAAAAAAVORITE seasons! I love snow. I love the cold. I love drinking hot cocoa on a super chilly day while it snows c:
I'm excited for more snow! My mom tells me I will hate it once I learn to drive in it, but until then... YAY SNOW! YAY WINTER! <:

Winter is usually pretty intense where I live and I don't enjoy the cold too much so I dislike it. Snow can be pretty but that's until you have to walk in a ton of it, shovel it or god forbid drive in it. I can still remember how a few years ago I had to shovel the back alley behind my house and some of the street it's on because no plow trucks went through it (I've seen them get stuck trying to go up the street, I live on a steep hill) and I fell multiple times while shoveling due to ice that was hidden by the snow. Not a fun experience at all

I love winter. The weather is actually bearable, unlike Summer parts 1, 2 and 3. Yes, I live in a hot city, and even though, contrary to popular belief, it does snow in Brazil, it's something that only happens in the southernmost portion of the country, so I never saw snow irl.

Winter around here is probably like Fall for people who live in countries with tempered climate (the lowest temperature I got here was 11C, and throughout the Winter, temperatures range from 13C to 28C, with some occasional hot days where temps get to the low 30s).

I like the cold for snowboarding, but its difficult to find outfits that work with my style.

As a beautiful spring ends 🌸, and it is the day before summer, it's already 32°C (89.6°F). Please send winter. 💙

I don't mind temps around freezing point with a dusting of snow here and there, but getting a foot of snow followed by a polar vortex cold snap sucks. However, it appears climate change is moderating winters up North for the most part which beats the alternative of getting cooked in the summer down South.

love winter despite it drying the living daylight out of my face and also being such a pain to drive and walk in snow and ice. it's because there are no bugs here in the winter!!!! heck yes!!!

I get lots of snow where I live at in the northeastern US and I love it. I live near the middle of my city so I don't ever have to drive far and can just walk when it snows. Winter is great, I love getting a break from college, and there's always Christmas markets in PA, and New Years is one of my favorite holidays. The mountains also get a pretty white dusting on them against the bare brown trees.

The short days don't bother me tbh. Its a great time to just chill inside or go hiking.

L-O-V-E IT! I live in Canada in a place where there is snow for maybe 3 weeks now and where it's already -10C. It's dark, cold, quiet, the sky is pretty, neighbors are in their house, no bugs, no loud music (but still fireworks...), people put Christmas lights everywhere, I wear hoodies and drink mint moka and hot apple cider. I don't like heat and sun even if I was born in July, although I was born during a storm and it was a cold day for July.

It depends at what point in Winter we are in:

The very beginning of it in December (21st-31st), I love it! Things are lively and eventful! ^^

I find January to be a pretty boring month. So Winter is pretty boring during this time.

In February, Winter is pretty good, because I love February. It’s love month! <333

Winter is my least favorite season easily. I really dislike the cold because it causes flares of my stuff I deal with. Snow is pretty, but only for the eyes.
Luckily this year where I am at, there isn't any snow and it hasn't been super cold. Yesterday it just rained all day.
I am just really over winter now that I am older. Christmas lights and the celebration of my Savior's birth is the only thing I like about winter. . Christmas lights aren't as common as they were in the 90s, which is sad. I don't blame people though, they are expensive. I don't decorate, I do have a manger scene set up inside on a table though.
So December in general isn't plain horrible. That is January and February for me. But December is a stressful time due to social expectations that seem silly to me or I don't agree with. I guess that is the trade, stress during the month that I am ok with for two months of cold. Things start to warm up in March and April but snow is not exempt from falling then.

Along with Summer it's my least favourite season...I'm more of a Spring and Autumn fan. I get seasonal depression pretty bad and the cold weather, rain, mud, and bare trees just makes everything miserable!

January and February in particular are the worst two months of the year.

winter is 100% better than summer in my opinion. i’d rather be freezing than be roasting like a rotisserie chicken.

I love winter. I live in upstate New York and we generally get quite a bit of snow, I love cold temps and lots of snow. I hate summer, it's way too hot

People who say they absolutely love snow/winter are usually from a region where it doesn't really snow that much. Or they're still in school or don't own or don't have to drive in it. I don't mind it, but I'm not going to say I go wild for it. If I didn't have to go to work regardless of the weather and have to dig my way out of my 500 ft driveway and scrape my truck then it'd be a different story. But getting up at 2am, in the bitter cold, as it's snowing its butt off because I just can't have off from work makes not for a warm fuzzy feeling.

Then I come home to repeat it all the next day because another snowstorm is coming. That crap wears thin.

It's always been my least favorite season. For one thing, it's always dark out. It's also mostly cold to go outside. I also always happen to get sick. I do love snow though. I also like how there are no pesky bugs to deal with.

I really don't like it. Winter is a time when everything is cold and course is the time when most people get sick (which makes it worse considering what is going on right now) and of course I don't like the snow. Snow always causes so many delays and makes places close down. Which is one of the reasons why we tend to do early shopping in November before December shows up and there could be Snow. Thankfully there hasn't been any Snow this year in my state Georgia, but still its my least favorite season.

It's cute before Christmas. Then I'm over it.

I grew up in a place that got a lot of snow, it was miserable after a month or so. I had issues with Seasonal Affective Disorder and wouldn't feel well for several months. Now where I live it just flurries once a year. I went out of my way to see snow for Christmas this year but I'm glad i have the choice to leave it!

On the other hand, I appreciate spring a lot more when I've had to face snow for months on end.

For me, winter is synonymous with snow. Since where I live now it doesn't really snow and mostly stays just around freezing for winter, I don't consider it to be a true winter! Summer is really humid here since it's sub-tropical, so while where I grew up I used to spend lots of time outdoors for summer and stayed in for winter it's the opposite for me now haha
