How do you get a picture of your fave villager?

Oh! No, sorry, that was only in the DS versions. In Wild World, once you've befriended you animal neighbors, they give you their picture. Sorry, it's not in City Folk. I refer this as: Things Nintendo could've done... *nods head in shame*
