How do you get someone to move out or not move into a certain spot?

ok so i want to know the answer and the best way of making a villager leave because in my town i built my cafe in a (not so) perfect spot where i wanted it and i thought no one would move into it but then 3 days after bunnie moved in right infront of it and its annoying me....so does anyone no the answer?

To move out the best way is to not speak with them. Also if you don't want a villager to move on a spot, you need to put a public work project there. ( and after he moved, you demolish it ) c:

That's wrong, usually your better friends will ask. If you ignore them, they ask to move, and you say it's okay, they'll normally turn around and say that you guys weren't good enough friends and they're staying, which is annoying. Send her lots of letters and become friends with her, and wait for her to ask unless you want to TT and get her out sooner.
