How do you get the "Animated Avatar" to work?

I'm struggling to get my Animated Avatar to work. Yes, I have bought the Animated Avatar from the shop. I found a lot of cute GIFs to make my Avatar but NONE work! I tried putting it through Imgur, I've tried just putting the GIF into the avatar settings but nothing works! Does anyone know how to get this to work? Thanks in advance.

Is the avatar 100x100? And it's currently marked as active?

yea you gotta make sure that the gif fits in the size avatar space you have, even though TBT re-scales images to fit the gif won't work unless it fits in the space 100x100 or 150x100 if you bought the extension. same goes for transparency

also make sure it meets the file size requirements too (though unless it has a TON of frames, it probably will)
