I prefer to have them without oill these days so either poached or hard/softboiled. Or ig I am feeling extra fancy (aka less lazy), I do like to pan fry a bunch of veggies and crack an egg over it, kinda like an omelette just, more veg than egg and no cheese so it ends up more like scrambled.
I prefer any and all omelettes and scrambled eggs with tomatoes (this is a traditional Chinese way of eating eggs).
I cannot do any sort of runny or liquid-y eggs. I want them to be completely solid. Scrambled eggs that are curd-like in consistency make me want to scream. I will eat fried eggs over hard.
I love eggs! My favorites are poached, scrambled, and omelette. I like poached on toast, skillets, benedicts, and rice. Scrambled with meat or smoked salmon. Omelette with cheese and veggies. I also like over easy with fried rice.
Nowayayds? Soft boiled.
When I was younger (like 15 / 16yo) I ate scrambled eggs pretty much every single day. But one day I threw up from it and now I am extremelly scared of eating scrambled eggs
I like them soft boiled and sunny side up the most. Soft boiled is good alone, in cup ramen, on salad, on toast and sunny side up goes well with kimchi fried rice and avocado toast.
