CrankyCupcake
overthinks everything
The question intrigues me because I see many threads where people ask for opinions regarding all sorts of stuff in their game. Which villager to invite/kick out/re-invite? What to do with the beach/plaza/marketplace? What is perfect for my main room/fountain area/paths?
I just tough it out on my own. It's probably a reflection of my behaviour in real life. When I have a decision to make, I look around, I do some research, I sleep on it, Ioverthink about it, then I decide. I tend not to ask people around me. I grew up that way, being the youngest child in a big family, where everyone was too busy to bother with a little kid. So when it comes to my game, I just play and make my own decisions, and learn to live with the consequences, good or bad.
How do you do it? Are some decisions too important to not ask for opinions? What's your decision-making process regarding your villagers, your island and your progress?
