I don't do anything to mine except file them when they break (which happens pretty frequently in my job) and sometimes clip them when they get outrageously too long. I tried clipping and filing them all once out of curiosity and omg I couldn't stand the feeling of having no nails. haha I'd like to keep them nicer and try shaping them but I can just never find the energy.

I usually wear them on my fingers. That, or I put them in walls to help hold pictures.
I usually just wear them bare, just clipping and filing when needed. They're about medium length. I'd paint them once in a while when I need that confidence boost or just pampering myself. Used to paint them way more back in high school.
When I do paint them, lately they're a pale blue, purple, or pink. I'd go lighter, but doesn't go well with my skin tone in my opinion. At least the way I do it.
I want to get into getting manicures more often when I can fit them into my budget better.

Same.. I have a really bad habit of biting my nails. I try not to let my nails grow so long because the work I do doesn?t allow for it (like manual labor). In the end I just bite it off :/
There was a period of time when I was a kid that my mom would force me to go to the salon with her to get my nails done. I also played football and sometimes got black toes so she always wanted to get them covered lol =_= It made me really hate anything to do with painting my nails. When I was in college my best friend would go to sephora like once a week to buy nail polish lol, so somehow I ended up getting swept up in it and started painting my nails too. But that phase didn?t last very long.

I don?t paint them. I do bite my nails. My nails are really, really, really short. I don?t even think they qualify as actual nails, but stubs. I think having extremely long nails would bother me. I have seen someone with nails about four inches off of her finger. I personally thought it looked ridiculous, but to each their own. I know some people take great pride in their nails and do paint them on a daily basis. That just isn?t my cup of tea.

I keep mine natural but trimmed. They aren't short, but basically I like to see a good 3mm of the "white" nail part. As for nail polish, ehhh, even if I do get them painted, I just sorta start peeling them off again lol. I also have a bad habit of still biting my nails, but I'm working on it.

I'd probably try acrylics if I weren't broke, I trim them to an almond shape and I like em reasonably long. I recently had them at their longest ever (close enough to a centimetre off the finger) but one broke in the shower and I had to trim them WAY down, it wasn't saveable. ;__;
I tend to paint them either a dusty lilac or a RED red to match my lipstick. I wanna try some glitter nails next, maybe a lilac glitter nail. Long almond nails make my fingers look so thin and long I really love it haha.

I wear them relatively long, just a bit longer than my actual finger. I would prefer them to be longer, but my nails become very brittle and flaky. I've tried everything, but nothing seems to help flaky brittle nails, so if anyone know the cure for brittle nails do let me know!

Biotin helps, as does prenatal for cis women, but honestly the best way to get them long is to do professional polish such as gel, acrylic, or dip over the natural nail. The polish will hold them together.

Oh i might look into Biotin! And yeah i would go that route, but times are tough and i don't have ?40+ to spend on a manicure lmao
