It's okay if you're not fit, usually not everyone is fit anyways like me. The longest l did it was 20 or 23 without using knees and l'm not fit. Highest l can do now days is up to 10 if l didn't use my knees for support. Pushups are hard because my arms will be tired and if l use my knees instead of my toes then it's much easier which proves l'm weak. Some reason l can keep going when l do situps but it's a whole different story with pushups.
