How long does the bridge take?

So I voted for where the bridge should go like, 3 days ago, but it still isnt here. What do I do? Wait? Or get someone else to vote? Help!

I assume there's a voting period and the bridge is built within a day after that voting period. Not sure how long the voting period is though.

I assume the voting period is somewhere between 4 days and a week, and then depending on the most voted location, that's where it gets put.

I would also assume that it's only real-life people that live in your town that get to vote, not the animal villagers or wifi peoples.

i think it took about a week for me. im not sure. but i do know that you cant get it in the next few days. you have to wait longer.
