How many languages can you speak?

Only fluent in English right now but im learning Japanese

I'm fluent in English, and almost completely fluent in German, but that's gotten a little rusty. I haven't been able to flex my German language skills in several years. I want to learn sign language, however, as I'm autistic, and also have hearing troubles, and I'd love to have another way to communicate so I'll have more job offers.
