At this point, the part that's doing my head in is there's still NO INFO about the amiibo card packs in NA. I would preorder a metric *bleep*tonne if we had the option.

I was hoping to preorder the bundle from my local eb games but nintendo like hates them and hasn't released any info for them. So I might just pre-order from best buy.

There's an EB and a BestBuy really close to one another near where I work and it seems like neither of them have much info at the mo, which is really disappointing. I didn't check this past week, but the week before, all that either of them had was a pre-order for the game itself--not even the NFC bundle and no info about it. :/

Oops I clicked on the wrong one. I thought bundle as in amiibo card reader bundle ><; that's what I pre-ordered. I'm not ordering a 3ds bundle because i don't have that many games for the 3ds to begin with and there's other things I'd want more before I'd want another 3ds.

I love my poptart xl too much to replace it. They would have to make something equally cute for me to upgrade xD. I just got the nfc bundle from GameStop instead.

I feel the same way. Even though I could easily afford to buy enough cards to get all of the villagers, I don't think they will be available at retail stores in NA on September 25th and because of that I am rapidly losing enthusiasm.

Yea I originally had my eye on the XL but I really wanted to faceplates more ^_^ ordered mine the 2nd day they were taking pre-orders

I bought the New 3DS XL when it came out and traded in my old 3DS and some games for cash. That was a while ago, so I really don't want the bundle since it includes a New 3DS, which I already have.

While it is super cute and I might have bought it if I still wanted an upgrade, I don't really need 2 New 3DS', so I'm skipping out on this bundle, and probably every bundle until I need a new one again

Ahh yea that makes sense. I only have the original 3DS so I'm way overdue for an upgrade and figured I'd spoil myself a bit ^_^

You know how NA is though >.< they like to wait till the last minute. We will probably hear about it a week or less before release date..

I reaaaallly wanted that one when it came out but I didn't have the money for one. I love the design on it, I don't blame you for keeping it. All I have is the blue original 3Ds that came out a few years ago lol I'm obsessed with animal crossing, have been since 2000 so I needed this Plus I really wanted the faceplate one ^_^

I'd been planning on selling my old 3ds for a while but I was planning on picking up a secondhand 2DS before I saw the new 3ds bundle. I really wish one of the face plates was more like the older acnl 3dsxl pattern though. The house one is really busy and it seems a little bit weird to have Isabelle's face on my 3ds.

Thats the sweet thing about the faceplates They have hundreds of options especially if you buy them from Japan. So you don't have to use the ones they give you. You can buy your own

I just preordered the new XL bundle, yay! I had been waiting for a cute new XL edition before upgrading. I like the feeling of an XL over the new 3DS regular, although the faceplates are pretty cool!

I missed out on that, unfortunately. The special XLs I'm after fall into the following two categories: Black and gold LoZ (which I missed out on with both Majora's Mask and Triforce Heroes), and White with lots of color, which hasn't been announced for the US.
