I was curious to know, mine isn't even halfway complete, I have at least 130 different villager cards and some special character cards, it's a dream come true to get all the villager cards.
Anyone here have a complete collection? if not what's your progress?

The only series I only completed was Series 5 Amiibo pack that was released last year. It was a pain to find, but I got all the cards for that series since it was new after the 2.0 update for ACNH.

I’ve only had three Amiibo cards: Mac, Bones, and Biskit. I got these villagers for my island and not necessarily because I needed them for my nonexistent collection, lol. Amiibo’s make it so easy to find villagers you want, so I’ll get them strictly for that purpose.

I had three Amiibo cards and lost one, so now I have only two. I‘m far from a complete collection, lol.

I have 368 out of the 509 amiibo cards at the moment. All of mine have either came straight from packs or buy friends and sellers on eBay. I am not in the UK or Japan so you do not understand how much of a struggle it has been! I got a few packs when they released YEARS ago but I have bought so many during the small restocks. I have a full set of the RV Welcome Amiibo Cards though. I am close to finishing my series 3 and 2 but I still have a bit to go on series 1 and 4. I only ever got 5 packs of series 5 when they released and in those five packs I got every villager card but Petri who I just bought of eBay. I do not have nearly any of the specials in series 5. I only have Tom Nook, Celeste, Timmy & Tommy, Harvey, and Wardell. I do not have any of the Picopuri CP cards yet. I am close to getting all of them though! I definitely will eventually. Its my number 1 buying goal atm to get all of the cards. (I am the only one who probably uses them in Amiibo Festival. Also I love using them in HHD, HHP, ACNL, and ACNH so my cards are doing alot for me!!)
Edit: I know this thread is about the cards but I also have all 16 of the Amiibo Figures! (I do not have Isabelle or Villager's Smash bros figures yet though...)

i sadly only have 28 amiibo cards including the sanrio series. i bought all of them from target, i originally had 30 but i lost benjamin and gave my derwin card to my brother. i got boone from a birthday present 3 years ago and i got tia with my copy of hhd but those are gone too. i know the boone card is somewhere in my house, i hope i find it when i clean tonight. i want to get more but my local target is always out of stock and gamestop doesn’t sell them. i don’t want to get cards off of amazon because they’re always fake and the ones on ebay are like $6 a card, i could get a pack with that kind of money.

sometimes i ask myself what’s the point because i can basically go on here and buy any villager i want from a shop. i collect just to have them i guess.

I do not have a complete set 😭 .....YET 👀

I still have about 173 more cards to find: 33 Special Cards, 95 villager cards, 44 Welcome Amiibo cards, and the Character Parfait KK Slider card
I also have the Series 1 and 5 card binders! I would love to get the other Series binders one day, as well as the HHD Card binder to hold the WA cards. The official Welcome Amiibo card binder was a Japan release only, so it's extremely hard to find, and most likely too expensive to be worth it :(

I know. I know alot of people that use the HHD album for the WA cards. I do not have it sadly but I would probably aswell! The japanese series 5 album I actually never knew existed until around a month ago. I think I have only seen one or 2 eBay listings for the WA album and they were both 500+ dollars. There is someone selling it right now but its a bundle with every card and every album for THIS MUCH. This sure is an expensive and hard to find hobby lol!

I have a complete set of Series 5 and the Sanrio Cards. The series 1-4 cards are about 75% complete, but I'm not really worried about completing them. Unfortunately I don't have any Welcome Amiibo cards, but I'd love to see them re-released one day! 😊

Holy crap THAT'S INSANE
BrokenSanity is right, you could buy a brand new car for that much oml

You just gotta not support outrageous listings like that one, so that they aren't encouraged to keep doing it and possibly going even higher in the future 😐

I didn't know they made special Animal Crossing card holders, they sound really cute for collectors and people who like the design and stuff but for anyone who wants good cheap things to hold your cards in here's what I use:
We have this 3-ring binder at home and my mom let me have it and I bought this for like $10. As of posting this they are on sale for $7 they will clip onto a 3 ring binger and hold a total of 324 regular size amiibo cards, they keep my cards protected from dust, heat and cold. I measured and I use them myself they fit the regular size amiibo cards perfectly. I keep my mini cards in this. Sorry it's kind of pricey but it holds my mini cards securely and it can hold 300 total, it has a very pleasant material and it can zip shut so they won't fall out, even has a nice strap to carry it.

I'm as far as you can get from a complete amiibo card collection, as I have 0 amiibo cards, lol.

Yep! North America never got them, but they were available in Europe and Japan, for Series 1-5 (not sure if Japan got a Series 5 album but I know Europe did)
The Welcome Amiibo card binder was strictly Japan only though 😭

I think they never actually made Japanese series 1 - 4 albums. Actually the only full albums they made in Japan were the generic one shown down here and the HHD album. They did however make series 1 - 4 mini albums, these are like those card folios for Pokemon. I have shown below series 2 and 1! And they got Welcome Amiibo album. I know they had a mini HHD album and a mini amiibo festival one but most only held very few cards (eg: the amiibo festival one has 10.) I guess mini albums are more popular in Japan???? I think cause they are easier to carry.
Edit: They only made series 1 and 2 mini albums. So series 3 and 4 + 5 never got official japanese albums specifically for them. You have to use the mini albums, the generic ones, or import from the UK back in 2015 amazon.uk
Edit 2: Added photos of HHD mini album and Welcome amiibo album. ALSO they released the HHD album in mini and normal form in JP.

Oh I didn't know that, thanks! I've seen those generic ones before, but I always assumed they were for specific Series 😅
My bad, still learning about all these different products and albums and books and AAAA why Nintendo do you have to release a billion different things 😭 😭

I always wonder why Nintendo LITERALLY GIVE EUROPE THE FOLLOWING but never the USA: Amiibo Reprints quite frequently, actually good exclusive items, the stuff that literally everyone gets but not even one for us (WHY DONT WE HAVE A SINGLE ALBUM NITNENDOOOO), and more. It has to be easier for Nintendo make stuff in Europe or Japan than the USA. Because the USA literally will eat up stuff in less than a day. Look at every amiibo card restock. Lasted less than 2 days. Like please nintendo just give the USA stuff????? Like we shouldnt be exclusive to ANY region. And even worse forwarding stuff to the USA is such a pain. You need a forwarding service and than you have to do a super long process. TL;DR Nintendo should not make anything exclusive and let everyone have stuff that you literally advertise in your game and at this point 98% of your customers have bought fake ones. (Also like why Japan got all the good stuffs for Nintendo. Atleast it makes mroe sense to have JPN exclusive stuff that EUROPE AND NOT USA 😭 )

EXACTLY 😭 😭
All other regions get cool stuff, restocks, exclusives, etc. but US?? Nothing 💔
The ONLY reason I was able to get any of the albums AT ALL was through Play-Asia restocking the Series 1 album, and having a super nice friend in the UK who ordered the Series 5 album on my behalf and shipped to me for free 😭 seriously bless her ❤️
But everything else is nigh impossible to get these days thanks to scalpers and the general high demand (unless you have a spare 100k lying around?? 🤪🤪)
Regional exclusivity should have been a thing of the past at this point :///
Because Nintendo doesn't care about the US and never gives it anything outside of games and consoles/handhelds 😭 Seriously, the ONLY exclusive amiibo the US got was the Mario Odyssey cereal box which doubled as an amiibo >->

Atleast we got a series 1-5 restock this year. And plus, atleast as I know of, they get 3 cards and we get 6. So it's not that bad for us.

Yeah! Its not all doom and gloom but tbh they can get their 3 card packs anytime direct from Nintendo and order up to 20 packs ONLINE while we have to hit or miss and hope that we can find them at Target or pay like 29.99 per pack online.......
