so far i have paid all the loans up to the basement one. My usual routine is saving up until i have at least 100K more than the loan in the bank and then once i feel the time is right I pay it all off at once. i have never paid it off in portions.
depending on how much i work on earning bells, i might be able to pay my current expansion off by next weekend.
