How often do the redeemable Nook Miles change?

I feel like I've seen the same items for a couple of days now and while it's good to give you enough time to raise nook miles, I want new stuff. The only I noticed changes are the fences.

So far I've only seen the fences change.

If you're hoping to get other colors of the furniture items (for instance, the streetlight or the Godzilla thing), I'm pretty sure you have to trade for those.

Yeah I heard about the color thing which I'm glad all the things I wanted are the colors I like but yeah only the fences seem to change

Only the fences change. Everything else is the same. I wouldn't be surprised if in a future update they add more items.
