I only change my outfit for events and seasonally (or if it is raining, I'll wear my raincoat)
How Often do you Change Your Rep's Outfit?

Very rarely. My characters are all based off of Sailor Moon characters so I tend to dress them in a way that their character would dress. I do have a couple different outfits for each but I tend to have them wear their school girl outfits the most then probably their Sailor outfits the second most.
whenever i feel like it and/or get sick of my current outfit, which is usually once or twice a year. i sometimes put on a different outfit for events, either in-game ones or tbt ones, but i tend not to wear those for longer than a day haha
aside from the outfits i put on for my crew representative and “personal preference kit” entries, i haven’t changed my island rep’s outfit since last year. i’ll probably change back to my iconic elmo dress outfit soon, though

I hardly ever change my outfit so voted seasonally as that’s the time I’m most likely to swap what my rep is wearing. Generally I just don’t think about stopping by the wardrobe to change and always forget about using a wand. Sometimes I change it more often if I notice it’s a daily nook mile task or for tbt events.
I'd say overall just seasonally bc my sense in fashion and style is non-existent. I stick to the same few outfits I think... I should probably experiment more but ehh. Maybe one day I'll be more dedicated. I think I have like 3 summer outfits though so that's a lot more variety than usual for me LOL.

Whenever the mood strikes me tbh. I only voted for "weekly" because that's the closest approximation to how often "the mood" happens.
I usually switch outfits:
a) Seasonally
b) For Holidays
c) For Belltree events
d) If it comes up as a Nook Miles task
or
e) I just feel sick of what I'm wearing
I don't really know how to measure the frequency because sometimes it's days, months, or even a year (sorry for abandoning you, my dear villagers

I think "seasonally" is a decent way to describe it. I used to change clothes a lot more often but I've grown to enjoy the idea of having sort of a "signature look" so I tend to keep the same clothes for a good chunk of time now before I switch anything.
It'll depend on how busy I am. For example, if I'm time traveling for a reason, then I won't change the outfit. Especially if it's for something like star fragments where I can go in, do my time, and then jump to the next day.

I usually change outfits in ACNH depending on the season or event. Sometimes, I use custom designs especially the ones I can through QR code (for New Leaf designs) or inputted a design code. But when the dresses in game look good, I changed into that outfit especially the Sanrio outfits.

I’d say I tried to change it up every now and then, but I could wear the same thing for weeks at a time and then change
