Found this out while farming for Celeste recipes and figured people would love to know you can buy multiples of the regular stocked mysterious wallpaper and flooring Saharah sells.
This only works with her regular stock.
Unfortunately, you cannot buy duplicates of wallpaper/flooring you receive when exchanging Saharah tickets; those change each day.
This requires TT!

1. Find a day with Saharah on your island and ensure she is selling the wallpaper/flooring you want duplicates of.
2. Buy her "mysterious" wallpaper and flooring off of her.
3. TT either a day forward or backwards - does not matter the direction! Just ensure that you do not go over a day.
* * Example: If Saharah is selling on the 14th, do not go before the 12th or after the 16th! Alternate between the 13th and 14th, and the 14th and 15th!
4. Feel free to check whoever else is visiting your island (Gulliver, Celeste, etc). Afterwards, TT back to the day Saharah is on your island.
5. Buy her "mysterious" wallpaper and/or flooring again - it should be the same wallpaper/flooring as the first time you bought them!
And repeat!
This is how I was farming Celeste recipes, and you can farm Gulliver this way as well. Just alternate between two days that one of them visits, just like the steps outlined above for Saharah.
However, be aware that you will not get duplicates of Celeste recipes or Gulliver items - they change each time! Saharah seems to be the only NPC that keeps the same stock when alternating days.
