How to have words column-like on the side of my signature pic?

Hope this is the right thread to post this on.

Just had my signature kinda taken down because it's too long (as you can see below).
I know there are other methods in fixing this (put all words in one line, etc etc), but I'd like to fix it this way:

I've seen others' signatures with their picture in the middle, and then words on both sides, like a column.
Can anyone please tell me how to do this? That would be wonderful

If you scroll down to the third post of the thread, Kaiaa shows the coding for having a table in your signature, so you can have one picture on the left and text on the right; whatever you want really.

Use a table with three columns, and one row. Put the image in the middle box, and put the text on the other two sides. In the end it should look like my signature, only with text on both sides and not just the right.
