how to obtain a perfect town?

Who do i talk to to see the status of my town. Pelly is not giving me an option to ask her like previous versions. Do the same rules apply as before?

You see isabelle to see the progress of perfect towns.

You need to talk to Isabelle to see how your town is doing. If I recall correctly, the town is now a 5x5 grid? Now the perfect town is linked with public works projects, not just trees and flowers! Good luck!

Since the game is so new I haven't really been able to find a really good perfect town guide, but here's one good take on it!LINK

I'm just not worrying about it. Im sure with enough flowers, public works and trees Ill have it eventually

Thats not a good one because it won't tell me how big each acre is and how many trees/flowers I need for each acre. Thats what I need to know :/

Check in with Isabelle to see the status of your town.
