How do I put collectibles on my sidebar?

I bought them already, and I checked my inventory and it says they're not hidden. Also, the 'Active' column in the inventory is unavailable to use except for the raffle ticket I got, so I don't know what's happening.

Ah i see the problem, you bought christmas lights and youre supposed to gift them, thats why theyre not showing up.. if you want christmas lights on your sidebar, you have to have someone gift em to you.
