Hi, i am wondering how nudity is allowed in an E rated game.
So i am of course talking about nudity in artwork, i don't mind it but My question has always been ''how is this legal''?
it's been on my mind for a while how this is allowed and i would love for someone to explain this.
PS not being a karen here i love acnh and am not complaining just wondering.
Thanks for your time - Savont

I think generally it's okay if it's "educational", since the nudity is only featured in classic art then it counts as such.

artistic nudity without any overt sexual implications has generally been largely culturally accepted for public access, barring the opinings a fringe minority (that honestly don't deserve any recognition)

also, because nudity isn't inherently sexual. there is absolutely classical art with sexualized nudity, which nintendo wouldn't put in and would also be more largely restricted publicly, but nudity without eroticism applied to it is perfectly acceptable
