I decided to start playing new leaf after over a year (I think) of not playing.
It has been two weeks and I am having fun but today I was busted/asked a question becouse I was spending more time on my 3ds than my iPad and I don't want people thinking somthing is wrong with it becouse playing my 3ds lately more than my iPad does not mean anything is wrong with my iPad.


But this means I am possible unable to get the switch version for some reasons reasons:

1) I will be spending more time on my switch than my iPad or 3ds (I can get away with playing my 3ds when I wake up for about an hour and people will think I slept in from my normal time and I can play it after schools for an hour or two)

2) I cannot get any online friends becouse it's secret

If I do get the switch version then I am possibly only likely to play it when I am sent home from school early (like sickness for and example) or on school holidays sometimes...

This made me loose interest and give up hoping and waiting.

Please enjoy the game for me .

Yeah can you start over and explain again.

But trust me. Nobody cares whether you spend your time on your iPad, 3ds, or your switch or all three at once as long as you are not neglecting your responsibilities. Your school work, chores, your pets, your job, whatever else.

So there's no reason why you can't get the switch version of animal crossing.

I think what Twiggy is trying to say is that they were spending a lot of time their 3ds and not on their iPad and maybe their parents got upset because they just gave them the iPad? So now they're not gonna get Twiggy the switch because they think it won't be used as much... Sorry if im wrong Twiggy. But I hope you can get the switch version anyway

Okay I think I worded wrong:

My iPad is 5 or 6 years old.

My parents are not upset I was just asked a question on why I was spending more time on my 3ds lately and it was a serious question on if there was somthing wrong with my ipad.

I now only get to spend an hour or two on my 3ds becouse I don't want people thinking somthing is wrong with my ipad.

If I get the switch version I might as well ignore the villagers and get worst town instead of making friends with villagers and having perfect town.

Uh, wha? All I'm taking away from this is your parents are mad that you're spending too much time on one electronic over the other?

If anything, your parents should be rewarding you for not using an Apple product.

Ok so if no one's mad then just tell your parents you've been playing a lot of a game on your 3ds....? I doubt they'd care. If anything, they should be happy you're getting more use out of another electronic you haven't been using much of.

I don't know what your parents policy on video games is but this is indeed a weird thread. If you can't get a switch I'm sorry, but the game probably isn't going to be out for a while anyway. And, if you don't play any other games on your 3DS (which I don't know if you do or don't), then maybe you could sell it, get some money, and use that to buy the switch when it comes out?

Can't you just explain to them that the game your playing on your 3DS isn't available on your iPad? That the 3DS and the iPad and the Switch all have different functions and features?

And your 1 hour on the 3DS rule seems to be something you brought upon yourself and if it bothers you, just...stop.

It's your choice but I still dont see why you would deprive yourself of animal crossing switch over this. Just kinda silly, in my own opinion.

I'm sure if your parents dropped a bunch of money on the switch already, they'd want you to use it. Get Animal Crossing if that's what you want.

If they?re not mad, why don?t you just keep playing on your 3ds whenever you want? They?re your electronics aren?t they? I would assume you can use your 3ds and iPad whenever you please.. if your worry is you don?t want people to think something is wrong with your iPad, just tell them it?s fine if they ask again and explain that you really like playing AC on your 3ds most of the time. It?s really not a big deal?

Also, why not both?
Use the iPad to watch YouTube or listen to music while you play on your 3DS.
No one will ever question your power then!
