I just figured out my island's weather seed - have you figured yours?

I stopped trying- I thought just noting the dates that I had meteor showers was enough, but nope. Anything more then that is too much effort for too little reward IMO

I input about 2 weeks of data and still haven't found my seed. I think I need to go hour by hour instead as oftentimes, the application will tell me I don't have enough data to narrow it down.

I mainly used the "special" weather (long white cloud, cumulonimbus, rainbow, double rainbow, etc) and the existence of meteor showers to find my seed. I did have to TT through about a month, but I was only opening the game to look for the special weather. I'd find a seed that sounded like mine, then check the special weather, then adjust as necessary. Don't give up! Unless you want to give up, then that's fine!!

I tried to do this a while ago and it did not work for me lol. I kept track of the weather when I played for like two or three weeks but when I finally entered it into the site it told me that it couldn’t find my weather seed. At this point I kinda just don’t care anymore lol. I know it’s helpful for meteor showers but when I play at night I kinda like that it’s a surprise whether Celeste will be there or not, especially since I know she comes once a week for sure

Oh I think I just figured out the right seed (once more). It works for two days straight now, so that's progress in my case.

Figured it out last summer and it's been SO incredibly useful!!! There's a small part of me that misses the natural feeling of never knowing what the weather is going to be like on any given day, but that small part is easily outdone by the strategic utility of knowing my weather seed.

FINALLY ! I had to time travel to tomorrow for a night of intense flying stars. Registered 30 mins worth of stars flying, and now I'm able to say my seed is : 651532265

I calculated mine from a couple of heavy meteor showers and auroras. My seed isn't too great. I have no heavy showers at all in the summer months. Next year I think I only have four heavy showers total. Could be better. I had a lot of auroras lately though.

No, and I don't plan to find out what it is. I tried it out once, quit doing it, and thought that I was better off not knowing it. Yesterday morning I had a heavy fog, which is one of my favourite weather in this game. I like nice surprises, so that was a great experience. Knowing my weather seed sort of ruins the surprise of finding what weather I have each day. Knowing when I have showers is handy...and Isabelle is useless in informing me when I have them...but I still think its better if I not know it. It encourages me to keep playing during the nighttime.

It doesn't matter at what time. However, MeteoNook uses military time so 2pm would be 14, 5pm would be 17, etc. Unless the weather that you added there is for the morning time.

I had a tough time figuring out my seed until I started entering the time (hour:minute) of each shooting star I saw for 30 minutes during a heavy shower. That sealed the deal.

i found mine by entering the hour:minute of stars during a light meteor shower. it only took about an hour. i'll probably not even use it very much but it's nice to have just in case i'm in the mood for specific weather or for updating my dream address.

Something strange happened yesterday and the day before. There were shooting stars for two days in the row, go figure . I tried at first to figure out my seed weather but now it is useless because I prefer to be in the dark in order to be surprised ^^

Yes! And lemme tell anyone who's thinking of looking for their seed, do it. It can be a bit of work trying to get it to find it, I've done all three islands I've had, still got 2 of them. My first island and my main island took ages to find the seed, I'm talking at least 3 months or so, I managed to find it though by putting in weather I knew I had, like rain, etc, not trying to judge the clouds or anything. Then the 2nd island, and after I reset the 2nd island it was super easy to find the seed, the 3rd was a little more difficult, but I still managed to get it in the end.
