Spoiler: Sort of a rant. I apologise if I offend anyone in anyway.

I seriously hate it when girls think that I'm dating. Just today at school I was hanging out with a guy friend for like two minutes and a group of girls see us and then they are like "ooooo are you dating him?". It seriously pisses me off. The girls that said that to me hang out with guys everyday and I have no problem with that at all, but when I hang out with guys all of the girls start to question and tease me. I'm sick of it. I have no special relationship with anyone and never had, not even a crush! I don't see what's the point in bullying someone who hangs out with the opposite gender, especially when they hang out with the opposite gender themselves! Do they do it for amusement? If so, that just shows how pathetic they are. One of the reasons why I don't hang out with girls my age at school; they are too immature.

Yeah, rumors spread like that everywhere, it seems. When two people of opposite genders start talking everyone think that they're dating...
That's why I sometimes find it awkward to talk to boys at my school when girls are around, because who knows what will happen next? Plus, I'm only in middle school, and apparently people actually date then?! I honestly think that's a little young to actually start dating someone in the first place. I mean, chances are you won't marry that person anyway...
Yeah, this topic is fairly easy to rant about. Ugh, I know how you feel! D:

I agree with you, there's no reason to start actually dating especially when you can do all that once you're in high school. (I start high school next year because Years R-7 is primary school and Years 8-12 is high school.) I can't stand being with girls my age. They're just so annoying and immature, even when they're supposed to work. I sometimes feel like homeschooling would be the better option for me because my learning wouldn't be constantly interrupted that way. This term I have barely learned anything at all and it's mainly due to my classmates.
