It bothers me that the pictures are not straight/lined up and "New York" and "Ms. Smith" are not capitalized and yet "Loving" is. It's also kinda plain in the fact that most people can do it by themselves in five minutes or less... I would not pay for something if I could easily do it myself. You should work on it some more before trying to sell (add frames, patterns, accents, etc.).
