I might have two different islands

Due to the upcoming release of the Nintendo Switch Lite, I may purchase a Switch Lite and when ACNH comes out, I would play it there. But here?s the catch. I already have a Nintendo Switch. I had it since launch. But I also want to get a separate Switch Lite system for myself (not because I want two different islands). But if I plan on having both a Switch and Switch Lite, it?s possible I could have two islands.

Does any other Switch owner plan on getting a Switch Lite, and thus have two islands to work on in ACNH?

At this point I'll be sticking with the one for the moment. I will probably end up getting a second console though, eventually.

I actually do plan on getting a Switch Lite- and hopefully, they'll release an Animal Crossing edition of it! I might wait a little bit though until I get used to/finish my Island on ACNH to buy it though.

I'm in a similar situation! If I find myself really wanting a second town, I might get a switch lite eventually! I love the design of them.

Oh yeah, this is my plan. I want to have a southern hemisphere town for sure. More than anything I just want an AC themed Lite model.

Probably a year or so after playing new horizons I’ll want a new island. I’ll buy a use switch lite then.

I like the switch lite but I don't see myself getting another switch. One is plenty for me. As for having another town I'm mostly likely going to buy another copy of the game in cartridge form.

When I buy the Lite I'll most likely end up with two islands myself. That is unless my daughter decides to play along with me again

I was really hoping they would have updated the original console to have a Pro version. I just want longer battery, slightly bigger screen, better resolution, and a bump in power. Until they release that, I think I'm going to wait on getting a new Switch.

I might, depending on how likely it is my boyfriend will share his switch with me I might make an extra town so I can get some extra items and possibly make another cycling town if that's going to be a thing in New Horizons.
