I'm wondering how I can get a pictures URL so i can put it on this site. I'm also using it for signature 2!

I always upload to an external hosting site like imgur.com. From there, copy and paste the direct link inside image tags:
or click the "Insert Image" button in the post options and paste it in the provided box.

There are many alternatives to Imgur but it's what most people use. Seems to work well and has nearly no limitations.

Eh, sometimes you see "picture unavailable" in a post that is like 2 years old, I don't know if it's a different website or not, but the images extracted from imgur seem to stay the longest c:
Don't waste your bells on uploading images for 2 bells though, it's quicker but it isn't worth it.
