I understand that, but I don't see how it could take more than a day... And you'd think that the two people out of 75 who applied would have some experience with being forum staff and wouldn't really need much training... But I understand. I just don't see the point in not giving them their Mod ranks yet. Why do they have to be in a powerless group while they're being trained? =/

So. Then make all mods have the power to do so. And when they get E-mailed or whatever. Thay have to wait up to 12 hours? Because mods are on most of the time..
