I struggle to design HHP rooms without including a bathroom

I just wish that sometimes you could add more rooms and not just have a one level one room ground floor.
I really wish animal Crossing could implement like fake doors or something to break up the room even more. But alas we can only dream.

Forget a bathroom. Zucker did not even get a proper house. I just turned his house into a storage shed, since the main build was outdoors.
