I think I have pretty much quit.

I go through phases. I turned on "Beautiful Village" a few weeks ago, because I was only going in every few days. Then after a week or so, I re-gained interest and picked it back up again.

I've been playing AC for almost 10 years, and I've learned that forcing myself to play makes me less likely to enjoy myself. So I've learned to take breaks. Regardless of my interest level at the time, I know AC will be ignored for at least a week once Pokemon XY is released!!

Obviously this iHateYou is here for trouble. Most likely some insignificant troll... @_@

I was starting to lose interest a couple of weeks ago but then I started cataloguing everything and I've regained momentum. Its very satisfying to check things off when I get them. Besides I haven't gotten all the PWP I wanted and I haven't finished decorating my town. I guess I am taking it easy and not forced myself to play makes it lless like a chore.

I'm still loving the game. Like a month ago I got a little bored of it and only played a little bit a day but after a few days I was back into it. What I'm having fun doing at the moment is completely re-doing my town landscaping. Planting flower gardens, pwps, bushes and creating my own path instead of a QR. It's keeping me busy! I also decided I'd try to save up lots of bells and complete the sweet gracie set. I'm also still needing to catch the salmon and king salmon..

I'm doing lots in the game ha.

I am still loving the game but I have to admit I don't play it as much as I used to. When I first got it I played it non stop but these days I only play for about 2-3 hours a day, at the moment I am trying to organise my flowers and paths and make it look pretty. I am slowly getting there, I have most of my flowers on the beach but only have tulips and roses planted around my town at the moment. I've also been having fun catching the fish and bugs for the month but it gets frustrating when you can never catch what you want.

I'm getting kind of bored of it too. Probably because I TT'd out anything to do. I TT'd so much I just got everything at once and that actually kind of sucks. I haven't TT'd for days and I'm finding it more relaxing and enjoyable, but I agree the buzz has gone while playing. However I DID only get this game in the summer and I'm looking forward to seasonal events and stuff, as I've barely seen anything in the game yet. I'd never reset my file, but I'd REALLY love another copy.

I know, I couldn't agree more. C:

I feel like I've lost interest in AC too, but it's useful to keep me occupied until Pokemon X/Y.

I still have a strong interest in my town and have been playing since July. I still have a lot of extra things to obtain, so I don't think it's even close to being done for me. I love to catch the bugs and fish seasonally (Animal Crossing is actually the reason I became interested in ichthyology and entomology years back!) and there's still just so much more for me to do! I will never reset my town for the reason that I love it and that I also will be able to have memories when I come back to it in the future. :)

Anyway, I hope you become interested in your town again sometime. ^^

Same, and I've been playing since June. I TT to get villagers to move out because I'm doing a 16 cycle, but once I do that I'll probably stop TTing regularly. I also don't do anything to "take advantage" of TTing, like checking the shops, planting trees and bushes, getting extra PWP requests, etc. Also, I'm not making a huge effort to complete my wish list all at once. I plan to only do one trade a week tops. That will help extend the game's fun factor for me. Hope you can go back to enjoying the game soon!

I think one of the reasons I haven't lost interest in the game is because I haven't time traveled ever on this game. I had in the past games, but I found out it wasn't for me and reverted back to playing on current time. :) I think it makes catching the seasonal bugs and fish more enjoyable and everything overall better! :D
