I think people should not be able to speak against a certain group of people in harsh manner (e.g Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, Dark skin, Light skin and so on)

I also believe if a person is disabled they should get paid as they can't work and its only fair that the government takes care of them, as they are our people.

I think people who have committed a crime like theft, physical violence (which hasn't been life damaging to the opposing person) and fraud should have council sessions to rehabilitate them and I think they should have 1-5 years in prison depending on what they did.
People who have committed sexual assault, any form of life threatening conditions they have left another person in, murder or betrays the country and ultimately puts the country in danger should have a life sentence and should undergo rehabilitation. (That goes without saying)

Marriage should always be an option for anyone and you must always get a pre nup. (For your safety)

Religion must not exist, it leads to so much unnecessary hate and violence which no country should have.

You should only have two children (over population is unwanted)

If you litter you will spend 2 months in confinement and you will clean public areas, recycling is much appreciated.

Healthcare is free and Glasses and hearing aids are also free.

If you are overweight/obese you will not be able to eat fast food or takeaway food, don't want you to die or anything.

You can only be vegan and you can't own animals, if you harm an animal you will be slaughtered by bears. ^^

I would probably try to fix the educational system in relation to the United States. Remove/alter common core, place people in classes based on their academic ability instead of age, give more funds to the gifted program, add more arts and sciences, and etc.

I'd make all education, health care, affordable housing, energy production, and farmland be part of the public sector and make sure that all of them are run by dedicated public servants from the top on down. No fancy buildings or parties or other perks for people in positions of power, just do your job or get replaced by someone else who deserves it more. Non-essential stuff would be left for the private sector to do. I'd primarily tax consumption, inheritance, and imports.

thats pretty much the same thing i would do for a country of my own. except probably launch them to space. with no protective gear. after my country (and the planet) is cleansed of malicious ignoramus, it would definitely be an eco-friendly country. develop eco-friendly technology so that it is self sustaining, without needing to rely so much on resources from other lands. also build up on high defense systems, more than offensive systems so that when war breaks out and everything is nuclear and toxic and bombs everywhere, we would be in a little turtle shell, protected from all of it. it would probably be well known for its animal sanctuaries (since i love animals and its my country) as for people, i don't see it as the kind of country to have a ridiculously high population, i think it would be a little moderate. have quality, non-biased, logic based, open minded educational and spiritual programs that is all about positivist, problem solving, empathy, and progression. i aim for the idealism. since things can go terribly bad, then i think its possible to make them go incredibly well. it just takes a little more effort.

id probably not make a country because that seems like a Lot of effort and idk how to do anything. also i have like no idea about how stuff in society works, things just work but idk how so if i tried to mess w/ that i'd probably **** everything up.
and the person creating the country can't really just change the people living there. like, the culture and society would probably be very similar to the ones from the countries the residents of my country came from.
i imagine you would just make a country and then become a dictator of it, which isn't great because i kinda like democracy.

tho i guess if i could copy sweden (where i live) and together with other people who actually know how everything works come up with ideas for the country, things would be a bit easier. i wouldn't change a lot of things because i'd probably accidentally ruin everything but i'd want to change a few things about the school system, the mental health system, gender and sex registration stuff (like on your licence and w/e) and also put in another aoc at 18.

I wouldn't implement anything that takes away people's right to free choice (providing its legal)...
The only things I would really make a stand on would be child abuse, animal abuse, sexual assaults, etc
The penalties would be massively worse if I were in charge. Don't think I would even bother with rehabilitation, some people just aren't worth it.
Hate speech would also receive stronger deterrents. Too many people cover themselves with saying they have a right to free speech, them go on to discriminate against somebody. Free speech and hate speech are different, too many people don't understand this.
