I'm still not losing hope for a bottled potion collectible with the color pallette of a mermaid scale easter egg and the AN fragment. Maybe next Halloween, it'll be back in some shape or form. Just wait and hope.

Isn't Animal Crossing already copyrighted? I mean we have a couple of Mario and Animal Crossing themed collectibles and villager collectibles. Maybe a Pyro Jack inspired collectible for next halloweeen would be possible though.Maybe for winter/Christmas, a Jack Frost collectible, though would that require copyright permission?

I think what they're doing falls under fair use as long as they use it in transformative works (such as parody) or didn't make actual profit of it with real money. It's just that the viewpoints of copyright by business holders felt so antiquated in a transformative digital age like today.Yeah! I’m pretty sure. I honestly don’t know much how copyright works. Also. Copyright laws need to be reformed so that companies won't abuse the law to their advantage and preserve public domain as it is.

Considering the popularity of the Moo Moo Meadows track in Mario Kart 8 Deluxe back during The Bell Tree World Championships earlier this year, I think it would be neat if they eventually make a Moo Moo Plush. I think it would go over well and I know at least one person who would probably love it.

Now that you mention it, I'm inclined to agree. The Harvest Moon cow is adorable and would work well. Moo Moo cows just came to mind more readily from the TBTWC.
Also I just wanted to mention that my disappointment was immeasurable and my day was ruined when that ice cream clown didn't make the cut for the community voting. I love that thing and it fit the Haunted Carnival so well.

(also in this thread)On a serious note though, I probably didn't make the cut cause I was constantly bothering the staff about wanting to update my entry..(or it didnt fit the theme enough) and not to mention if the old/first version of the sad clown did make it to the site, I think I would've ripped off all my skin and gone into hysterics so I'm kind of grateful for how things turned out LOL
