If you hear somebody mention something gross while eating, can you continue eating?

depends on what it is really. i'm not really squeamish but if someone decides to show a gross image during dinner or i find something nasty on the internet while i'm eating then i'll get super disgusted. but it's never stopped me from eating lol

Yeah I'm not disgusted just like that. I sometimes joke with them and say like "thanks a lot" in a playful tone but that's it

I'm invincible when I hear gross stuff.
When I see gross stuff, I try to keep my eyes closed, whether or not I'm eating.
When I smell gross stuff, I would gag and get away.

i was watching a vlog, and the vlogger was talking about changing her kid's diaper and getting poop under her nails (which she noticed because she realized her fingers smelled weird after the fact and that actually did make me lose my appetite for like a few seconds. but i kept eating anyway lmao.

I have a fairly strong stomach so I could probably eat through mostly anything, now if something gross happened in front of me, not just talking about it, but the actual gross thing of course I wouldn't be able to eat. For instance I couldn't watch cyst popping videos and eat at the same time.

I don't really mind whats mentioned at the lunch table and I'm not put off of eating at all. Most the time I'll just laugh and sometimes it's me mentioning something "gross".

Most of the time I can continue eating if someone mentions something disgusting, however if I SEE something gross while eating (doesnt have to be the food itself) I will often lose my appetite.
